Sweet Vibrations Summer Soiree
Thursday, July 31st from 6-8pm
Our summer party is back with a new twist… 📸
Join us in the back lot for ice cream, drinks and community... then stay for the wellness + woo woo inside. Step into our den and have your aura photo taken. The head witch will read your colors and explain what that signifies for your energy and how you show up in the world. Then head over to our sound therapy table for a mini VST reset. You'll lie back and with the help of metal singing bowls placed on and near the. body, have sound vibrations give you a full reset.
It's fun for all ages! Ice cream + drinks are free - ticket required for aura photos.

Mindful Breath + Back to School: Kids Yoga
Sunday, August 10th from 1-2pm
with Ann Marie Grote
Drop the kittens off (ages 5-8) for this exploration of movement, breath exercises + fun activities! Get mindful and prepped for back to school! A great way to cap off a fun summer and get ready for back to school.
$25 for one/first child + $12/sibling
