As winter settles in and the choas of the holidays moves behind us, come warm up and cultivating some winter magic. We’ll enjoy a day of nourishment: body, mind + spirit.

Our retreat day combines activity with restoration, giving your body + mind a way to rebalance as well as honoring the seasonal shifts! We’ll sit down in the beautiful space for a gourmet lunch and enjoy the fun of connecting with like minded souls.
