Mini Retreat at Crystal Creek Farm

Have you been wishing for the time and space to take a retreat but can’t leave town for a week? Join us at Crystal Creek Farm Venue, less than an hour from Libertyville, for a day of movement, connection, energetic resetting and nature.

Our retreat day combines activity with restoration, giving your body + mind a way to rebalance. We’ll begin with a yoga session, a deeply relaxing + clearing sound bath, followed by a guided reflection and writing exercise, al fresco lunch and a guided walk through the property.

Bring a yoga mat, wrap or blanket, walking shoes + layers. We'll be using both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Gourmet lunch + small swag bag provided!
